German Beer Mug Apollo 15 Alfred Worden Seltmann Weiden

Very nice old beer mug made by Seltmann Weiden & signed by Alfred Merrill Worden (February 7, 1932 – March 18, 2020) who was an American test pilot, engineer and NASA astronaut who was command module pilot for the Apollo 15 lunar mission in 1971. One of 24 people to have flown to the Moon, he orbited it 74 times in the command module (CM) Endeavour.

In the bottom of this German Stein written the paragraph below:

” Let me assure you that at no time during my 75 lunar orbits did I see a Bavarian behind the moon.
